Royalty/ License compliance
Contract/Agreement compliance
Reseller and distributor reviews
License compliance advisory/Software asset management

Intellectual Property advisory

What Is Expected Of You

Analysts are typically project team members who
will be involved in conducting investigations/ data
analysis/ compliance reviews and execution of
other solutions offered by the Forensic Team

Consistently deliver quality client services
Demonstrate basic process related knowledge

Such As

Active Directory/ DNS/ Working knowledge of

Software Inventory tools/ Networking concepts
(LAN, WAN, MAN)

Win 2000/ 2003/ 2008 Administration
Licensing overview of various publishers (eg. MS,

IBM,ADK)

Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new

knowledge

Remain current on new developments in advisory

services capabilities and industry knowledge

The job would require travel to client locations

within India
