- The position entails an end to end responsibility for the Invoice management and to work with significant autonomy and latitude to meet Project objectives.
- The TEM analyst is responsible for providing TEM services to several key internal teams.
- Invoice processing, Invoice Audit, Validation, AP process, Account Reconciliation, Dispute Management, Vendor/Client Communication, Resolving queries, Conference Calls, and Reporting.
- To Process invoices in an Inbuilt platform for the given target in SLA with accuracy.
- Invoice Audit to identify billing error, discrepancies, and savings opportunities.
- Invoice Validation through exception handling for Invalid charges, contracts, and missing allocations.
- Generating timely AP feeds, chargebacks, and accrual files.
- To liaise with Clients and chase Vendors on invoice discrepancies and notifications (Past due, Disconnection/suspension)
- Account Reconciliation and dispute management for credit requests and incorrect billing.
- Internal and Client Reporting (Monthly/ Weekly/ Ad-hoc) for better control and efficiency.
- Maintaining different trackers for Daily tasks, allocations, Open actions, Master tracker, Missing Invoices, etc.
- Client/Vendor calls
- Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. review of existing processing, backup function
- Business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Should fit in flexible Shift timings
- Support to India/US Analyst team on ongoing tasks
- Minimum 1 years experiences in Account Receivable, Account Payable, Invoicing, etc.
- FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY
- Telecom/Logistics domain preferred.
- Experience working with contracts, and pricing schedules
- Proven analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently with minimal error and guidance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and present information with all levels of associates in the organization.
- Sound Computer knowledge Word, Excel, Power point
