Job Description
Designation: Analyst
-
Responsible for assisting in the data analysis of reconciliations
- Participates in identifying trends, providing root cause analysis and execution on recommendations
- Shadows more senior staff in conducting technical testing and the implementation of reconciliation software
- Receives guidance from more experienced staff
- Participates and shadows senior level staff in the data analysis of Reconciliations for new trends and opportunities for automation
- Focus is on learning the reconciliation process
- With guidance from senior staff, responsible for the root cause analysis of reconciliation breaks
- Assists in the creation of new technology communication, documentation and business case creation
- Assists in the reconciliation software testing and implementation validation of code
- Assists in the creation of the data analysis conclusions, recommendations and updates to initiatives to senior staff
- No direct reports
- Contributes to the achievement of team goals and objectives
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
