Job Description

  • Designation : Junior Analyst/Analyst(Entry Level Position)
  • The job responsibility majorly involves technical assistance, customer service and vendor support.
Voice Process
  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of experience
  • Good communications skills
  • Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts
  • Remuneration INR 1.97-2.21 lacs per annum
  • Additional allowance for night shifts
  • Additional benefits (Medical coverage, Rewards & Recognitions, Employee referral scheme)
 Non-Voice Process
  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of experience
  • Good communications skills
  • Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts
  • Remuneration INR 1.97-2.21 lacs per annum

  • Transport free in Night shift for Junior Analyst
 Essential Skill Set Required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
  • Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication
  • Understanding of web technology and cable setup
  • Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing

  • Written Test (Aptitude, Reasoning, Quantitative, English)
