- Designation: Officer Technical Support
Roles:
- Candidate will support Retail colleagues on their daily operational issues impacting brand, customer & colleague experience.
- Candidates key responsibilities will lie around probing, triaging, dispatching job to the right man with the right skills using EAM tool either via phone or emails.
- Will ensure that stores get adequate support by establishing and managing strong relationships with key parties involved.

- Being available for my stores colleagues whenever they seek support
- To Probe, Triage and Dispatch Jobs for the Stores
- Allocate the right man with the right skill @ the right time
- Handle Inbound / Outbound Calls within the KPIs
- Chase the pending Jobs
- Manage the job with High Quality
- Partnering with business leads to bridge process gaps as a part of continuous improvement
- Be a strong team player with a strong partnership outlook
- Ability to troubleshoot, have eye for detail and problem solving skills
- Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Cab +incentives+shift Allowance
