Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze large sets of data and generate meaningful insights.
Create dashboards, trackers, and reports using Advanced Excel.
Handle data cleaning, validation, and accuracy checks.
Work on Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, etc.
Prepare performance reports and share updates with management.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting.
Monitor business performance and identify trends through data analysis.
Maintain records and ensure timely report submission.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Charts, Macros (preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Google Sheets and Power BI is an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
