Job Description

The position requires an MD/MS in Anatomy or an equivalent qualification as per MCI/NMC norms. The selected candidate will teach undergraduate and postgraduate medical students and assist in managing anatomy labs and practical sessions. Responsibilities include conducting academic research and participating in departmental activities. Strong teaching, research, and interpersonal skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

Conduct lectures, practical demonstrations, and tutorials for medical students.
Guide and mentor junior residents, interns, and students in anatomy-related subjects.

2. Research & Publications

Engage in research projects and contribute to publications in medical journals.
Present research findings in conferences and seminars.
Stay updated with advancements in anatomical sciences.

3. Clinical & Lab Support

Assist in cadaveric dissections and anatomical specimen preparations.
Collaborate with surgeons and medical practitioners for applied anatomy insights.
Ensure proper maintenance of anatomy labs and specimens.

4. Administrative Duties

Maintain student records, exam schedules, and academic reports.
Participate in faculty meetings and academic committees.
Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and medical ethics.
