Job Description
- We are looking for online tutors catering to students in grade 7 to 12 along with test prep market of olympiad, JEE, NEET, CAT, GAT, SAT etc in subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Quantitative Ability, English, Computer Science etc.
- Our entire business model is quite different from any other online tutoring companies in the world.
- Once you make yourself available in our app you will be directly accessible by students via instant messaging and you can help them with their problem solving or learning demand by sharing an screenshot image, screenrecorded video or you can launch a whiteboard from the app to start voice enabled virtual class.
- There is no admin intervention of scheduling a session in the app.
- You have complete freedom to start and end a session.
- Once student enters into a session, he will spend points which will be transferred into your account instantly.
- These points will be redeemed as payment to you for providing tutoring service.
- You will only need an android smartphone with PC to start tutoring in our app.
- You can accept multiple session simultaneously to increase your points.
- Through the free help chat you can promote your courses listed in our web platform to any new student who will be more convinced to subscribe to your courses once they will be able to instantly communicate with you via messaging.
- You can undertake online courses or one to one sessions in our web platform using your PC virtual classroom platform.
- For online courses or sessions you will be receiving the points spent by each of the students subscribing to your courses.
- So more the no of students, more you will earn.
- So there is no base hourly rate by which you will be paid.
- The more you will spend time in our platform convincing more no of students, more you will be earning.
- You have complete flexibility to be available or not in our app. Once available you will be receiving student request and once you go offline you will be invisible.
- You have complete control to start a session from your side and deliver with minimum or zero admin intervention.
- Receive payment in regular intervals based on sufficient points accumulation.
- Get paid with more on of students in a course or multiple parallel sessions instead of a fixed hourly rate.

A student can also access the chat history later to go through the images and videos saved for revision.
Our web based learning platform “GURULIVE” is designed for students to book an available hourly slot with a GURU or to enroll into online courses spanning for a few hours to few months. Every course or slot are recorded for future referral and for revising the concepts discussed in it.
Our platform is designed for a student who is ideally in grade 7 to 12 (any boards worldwide including CBSE, ICSE, IB etc.) or preparing for competitive exams like Olympiads, NTSE, SAT, ACT, JEE MAIN, JEE ADVANCED, NEET, CAT, GRE, GMAT etc. We choose gurus with illustrious academic background having superlative presentation skill coupled with fast problem solving ability and train them to use technological tools for enstant delivery of education so that the students are in safe hands.
