Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
3. Understanding and taking care of the full development life cycle by writing detailed technical specifications and maintaining all the relevant reports & unit test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability & general reusability
4. Working on bug fixing and improving application performance
5. Assisting and implementing tech solutions
6. Testing unit code for robustness, including edge cases, usability & reliability
7. Understanding the nuances of fragments and Android XML layouts, and how to create adaptive interfaces that work for multiple device form factors
8. Understanding Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines
9. Staying up-to-date with technology trends and suggesting solutions
10. Discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Other requirements
1. Should have familiarity with offline storage, threading, performance tuning, and integration with backend services
2. Should be a final year BE/B.Tech appearing student or graduate in computer science
3. Should have strong knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin, Java, and MVP/MVVM
4. Should have proven working experience in Android app development
5. Should have built projects from scratch and have a GitHub profile
6. Should be self-driven for visual and performance perfection
