Job Description
- Effectively tell the story in a meaningful way through vivid and compelling character acting and movement
- Create quality animation using digital tools for TV Series, Feature films and other related projects.
- Plan shots with an understanding of storyline /character contextClearly show performance ideas and shot blocking in animation dailies.
- Collaborate with and take direction from Directors and Animation Supervisors and LeadsImplement changes and completely finish shots in accordance with production schedule
- Develop a working knowledge of necessary production tools. Maintain an open and professional demeanor regarding direction, changes and change of requirements
- Outstanding demo reel demonstrating strong animation ability and good aesthetic eyeIn this position these are the things you will be responsible for:
- Participating in review meetings and share your ideas, feedback and opinions.
- Continuing to enhance your 3D character animation skills by keeping aware of industry trends and techniques, learning new software packages and traditional art methods.
To be an effective team member, you will have:
- understanding of weight and timing in creating 3D character animation
- Minimum 0-6 Months of experience in character and creature animation
- The ability to create seamless animation loops.
- Develop and animate characters and props during the pre-production and / or production of the film, from blocking to final animation;
- Maintain style, continuity shot-to-shot and deliver assigned quotas, while respecting the look of the film;
- Review and modify the animations / shots as requested by the director and other members of the creative team;
- Work from the animatic and layout to create key-frame animation;
- Demonstrate a developed sense of performance, posing, timing, weight and lip sync;
- Work in the established pipeline;
- Maintain a great team atmosphere!
