1. Post Name: Chief Operating Officer (In the pay scale of Project Scientist as per CTDT norms)
Essential Qualification: Must be a holder of Private Pilot License. Retired Indian Air Force Pilot / ATC of the rank of Wing Commander and above. Masters degree in Business Administration (Operations/HR)
Desirable Qualification: Excellent knowledge in Aviation safety, RF equipment, and co-ordination with ATC. Teaching experience with respect to Airspace Management, Flight Safety etc. Technical Management and Networking capability.

1. Post Name: Chief Pilot Instructor -Head of Training (In the pay scale of Project Scientist as per CTDT norms)
Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Engineering with specialization on UAV systems or ME/M.Tech in Aero/Avionics/CSC/Embeded/VLSI with 8 years of Research and Development experience in the field of UAV. Must be a DGCA Certified Remote Pilot Instructor
Desirable Qualification: International Research Experience in the field of UAV systems. Leadership quality and wide knowledge in respect of DGCA UAS Rules and Regulations. Experience in BVLOS UAV/SWARM UAV operations.

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Engineering with specialization on UAV systems or ME/M.Tech in Aero/Avionics/CSC/Embeded/VLSI design with 8 years of Research and Development experience in the field of UAV.
Desirable Qualification: Experience in operation/ demonstration of UAVs in high altitude. Experience in SWARM UAV HADR operations. Integration and testing of Avionics system for Surveillance UAVs. Knowledge in UAV Software in the Loop Simulation.

Essential Qualification: M.S.(by Research) or M.E in Avionics with minimum 5 years of experience in the field of UAV Avionics system. Must be a DGCA Certified RPAS Trainer/Instructor.
Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of UAV payload integration. Knowledge of DGCA Rules and Regulations on UAV. UAV Integration, Trouble shooting, Repair and Maintenance of UAV Avionics system. Teaching experience related to Avionics systems.

Essential Qualification: M.E in Aero or CAD/CAM with minimum 7 years of experience in the field of UAV industries. Thorough knowledge of DGCA UAS Rules and CAR Regulations in respect of Air safety Operations.
Desirable Qualification: Techno Managerial capacity in respect of Flight testing. Network with Government Organization dealing with Air Safety viz., AAI, ATC, DGCA etc. Experience in obtaining Quality Assurance of systems/subsystems of UAV with the help of NABL accredited laboratories.
