Experience in managing End Point Security Estate & Products (Antivirus/ Antimalware - basic to Advance level of support) security operations,
Enterprise security Software administration, implementation, configuration, upgradation, and policy creation
Experience in working in a large organization with globally distributed personnel, functions and operations Strong understanding of End Point Protection technologies - Trend Micro, Symantec , Macafeeothers Products Administration of End Point Security Services .
Experience in investigating the Root Cause for Suspicious
Threats and analyzing the global threats in the Environment.
Installation & management of Antivirus enterprise console
Provide proactive assistance to specific productsHandle critical escalations including malware outbreaksCreate, Maintain documentations up to date following documentation guidelines policy Reporting
