Designation: App Launch Specialization -Customer Success
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Own the process of launching new customers with their Moxtra-powered app
2. Work on being an expert in the Moxtra app launch process including app store account setup, branding asset collection, and coordination with internal teams for app publishing
3. Guide customers through every stage in the launch process, making the process
extremely easy for customers with excellent communication, management of launch tasks, and tracking of the delivery timeline
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new Moxtra product functionality and new app launch requirements
