Technical Expertise -
5 years of experience in Appian BPM, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
Proficient in Appian object design, development, and deployment.
Strong knowledge of Appian integrations, especially via Rest APIs.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
Functional & Analytical Skills -
Proven ability to understand and document complex business processes.
Experience in gap analysis, and process optimization.
Document business processes and workflows clearly.
Support change management and training for business users.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
