Your Role and Responsibilities
As Application Consultant Azure Cloud Modernization, you will be working on Azure based applications and solutions. you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable enterprise applications on Azure
• Select appropriate Azure services to design, build and deploy an application based on given requirements
• Migrate complex, multi-tier applications on Azure
• Evaluate cloud application requirements and make architectural recommendations for implementation, deployment, and provisioning applications on Azure (e.g. including Event Grid, Event Hubs, Service Bus, Storage Queues, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), mapping business objectives to application/architecture requirements
• Design & Build for DevSecOps on Azure and Hybrid Cloud architectures, including monitoring & logging with Azure services (e.g. Azure Monitor and Sentinel) You will be working on cloud-based application modernization.
• You will be creating, recreating, rewriting and refactor applications.
• You will develop solutions using Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management and Event Grid.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in working on Azure based solutions.
• Experience with the .NET framework and .NET Core technologies: C#, Web API, and Microsoft Azure.
• Advanced experience in Object oriented programming, data structures, dependency injection and multi-threading.
• Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management and Event Grid.
• Microsoft Azure PaaS and SaaS solution development technologies including Azure Functions, Azure Notifications Hub, Azure App Service and Key Vault.
• JSON, REST and data-based APIs and high scale performant service facades
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure Identity Management and Security technologies
• Microsoft Azure Operational and Monitoring tools
• Azure DevOps with hands on experience in CI/CD implementation.
