Application Developer:

Job Description
Design and Develop software for feature enhancement/bug fixation.
Verify and validate Application Code against legacy performance and full operating conditions.
Conduct Code Reviews/Developed Feature Presentation.
Deliver quality applications as per company standards.
Development using C++ Syntex.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate profile should have:

1. 0-2 years of development expertise in C/C++.
2. Working experience in Software Development.

Application Tester:

Roles and Responsibilities

The role of the Application Tester is to implement best practice testing techniques and perform functional testing as part of the software development life cycle. The QA Analyst should have strong knowledge of generally accepted functional testing practices and testing and development processes for web applications and be able to:-
Design and execute manual Test Cases.
Develop checklists to perform functional, regression, and system testing.
Create use cases, develop and maintain test specifications, test scripts, and test data.
Troubleshoot testing issues, record test results, and perform defect tracking.
Participate in the review of release definitions and design specifications.
Participate in working design sessions, walkthroughs, and ongoing decision-making.
Advise on unit testing in the development group.
Make recommendations regarding defect prioritization.
Perform all test assignments to ensure the application meets business requirements and client expectations.
Perform automated testing .
Required Skills:-

Minimum 0 to 2 Years of Experience
Experience in testing financial web-based applications is highly desirable, as well as excellent organization and test management skills.
Basic experience with the following technologies is a plus: HTML/CSS, Microsoft .NET, XML, MS Visual SQL , QTP, SourceSafe, Microsoft Project, and Selenium.
