- Analyze, define and design Functional / technical solution for PeopleSoft enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and onshore-offshore model.
