Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Application Engineer to join our biomedical solutions team. This role involves providing technical support, product demonstrations, and training for medical equipment (such as diagnostic devices, imaging systems). The position requires regular travel to hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare facilities to assist customers with product integration and troubleshooting within the South of India
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for biomedical equipment and software.
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and user training for healthcare professionals.
- Assist in troubleshooting software/hardware issues related to medical devices.
- Collaborate with sales & service teams to improve product usability.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team.
- Ensure compliance with medical standards (FDA/CE/ISO) during deployments.
- Maintain documentation of service reports, training sessions, and issue resolutions.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Freshers welcome (internship/project experience in medical devices is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of medical terminologies, medical technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently (60-70% field visits).
