Job Description
1. Installation and Commissioning of the projects allocated and documenting the same as per ISO procedure.
2. Providing Internal and External Customers application support with respect to offsite / onsite within 4 working hours of request.3. Optimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades
4. Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures while improving code and re-designing tasks
5. Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needs
