Application Engineer -Senior Tester Job in A Client of Freshersworld at Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Tester to join our team. As a Software tester at the client, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career. 

Software testers are responsible for the Quality of software development and you will be involved in performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. Some of the duties include analysis of software, and systems, mitigation of risk, and prevention of software issues.

This section contains a list of the responsibilities of this role. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.

Analyzing user stories, use cases, requirements for validity, and feasibility

Collaborate closely with other team members that are co-located and/or remote

Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies

Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle

Provide documentation

7 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

5 years of experience in data analysis

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

a) Must have Experience

o 7 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role

o Experience testing web applications

o Good level of SQL

o Ability to work remotely

o Experience using selenium and automated testing tools

o Experience using HP ALM

o AZURE Devops experience
