Job Description
Eligibility:
- BE/BTech (CS/IT/EEE/ECE/IS), BSc (CS/IT), BCA from 2017 – 2018 batches with 60% Plus in 10th, 12th and Last Semester of Graduation.
- Candidates with English Medium schooling are preferred.
Hiring Process : Online Test (Aptitude, Java & SQL), Face to Face Interview.
Role:
The Application Management Technical Analyst will be responsible for-
- Production Monitoring in one of the three shifts. Night Shift will be at least one in a given month at the minimum.
- Analysing and troubleshooting technical issues related to infrastructure.
- Designing and developing various monitoring dashboards, alerts across various environments for the customer
- Monitoring emails for issues report and communicate with customers within specified SLAs
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback on monitoring status to customer.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged including Prioritising and managing several open issues at one time.
- Following up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manual
P.S. – Since Application Monitoring position will include the candidate working in shifts, they will be eligible for additional shift allowance.
These openings are for 6 months internship and if the candidates perform well, they will be offered full time opportunity with GoldenSource.
Salary: Rs.16000 to Rs.20000 Per Month (Subject to Taxes)
