Job description :
- As a Technical Lead this position will lead a technical team providing Development and production support to US clients.
- The technical Lead will manage the development activities, assign task to team members and guide them to achieve necessary project milestones.
- The technical lead also act as a mentor and trainer for junior team members.
- The tech lead will be communicating to the client and participate in clients status meetings. The tech lead will conduct daily scrum meetings.
- This position will report directly to the director.
Roles & responsibility :
- Review client requirements and develop necessary technical design documents.
- Develop necessary project plan and alocate task to the team members.
- scrum meetings and provide project status report.
- Identify risk and issues in the project and communicate to both company management and client.
- Monitor development progress and provide guidance to the team members in completing their task.
- Lead the team in developing necessary test plan and test cases.Lead the testing effort and provide testing status to management.
- Develop and review release notes and deployment checklist.
- Perform project closure activities and document lesson learned.
Skill Set :
- Education : BE/MCA
- Experience : Minimum of 3 Years of experience in Project Execution and delivery.
- Technical Skill : Proficient in Java J2EE and relational database.
- Communication Skill : Excellent communication skills
- Should be able to lead a team of 4 - 6 software professionals.
- Analytical Skill : Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
