Overview

The application engineer will be required to manage the implementation project at client sites that include reputed hospitals and other care setups. The consultant will also act as subject matter expert providing support and technical expertise, throughout the project implementation lifecycle (including implementation, troubleshooting, configuration, customer requirements, integration, testing, training etc). The consultant will work towards resolving project-related issues, user awareness, workflow alignment and also interact with the customer management team for smooth implementation of the product. This position is based out of Bangalore, and the consultant will be traveling onsite for the project implementations.

Job Functions

• Implementation of CDL products at leading healthcare institutions
• Train client technical staff on the product and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions.
• Document all client issues and requirements and bring them to the notice of engineering team
• Perform various tests with help of test cases and prepare documents for same and coordinate with manager to resolve all issues within required timeframe
• Understand the customer’s business goals, objectives and needs, the general business environment and how the project will impact or integrate with other initiatives
• Establish, build and maintain effective relationships with internal or external customers technical peers and build new relationships through networking within the customer and other involved parties to support effective delivery
• Provide information and feedback to internal or external customers in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner ensuring that key messages are communicated effectively
• Provide technical advice and guidance to the internal or external customer in order to support the successful delivery of the solution
• Support the delivery by identifying and documenting the external customers current process flow and requirements for the implementation, providing input into potential areas of misalignment to the CDL product team
• Support the documentation of User Acceptance testing
• Effectively work with others to satisfactorily resolve process issues
• Generate documentation on business process alignment
• Requirements management and functional specification development
• Interface to domain experts
• Development test plans for performance and interface testing
• Requirement tracking and quality assurance
• Interface with CDL product team to provide technical support
• Commissioning of the device in the production environment
• Support of the customer project schedule and plan to meet customer requirements
• Sales and service

Terms of Engagement:

• The candidate will be taken as trainee Application Specialists for 03 months and will be paid a stipend
• Post 3 months of probation a formal evaluation of the candidate will be done and if found suitable a permanent position with the company will be offered with the compensation of Rs 2.4 lakh per annum

• The probation duration can be increased if the candidate fails to satisfy the evaluation criteria
