Job Description:
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience with web applications:
- On C# with ASP.Net version 3 and above-1 yr - Mandatory
- On SQL 2005/2008- 1 yr Mandatory
- With TFS 2008/2010/2012.
- SSRS- -1 yr important but can be trained
- MVC -1yr Mandatory
- Very good in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, WCF,)
- Good understanding of SQL scripting
- Basic understanding of automation tools
- Ability to:
- Adhere to the coding, documentation and source control standards set within the department
- Ensure quality in all deliverables
- Lead in translating the requirements into a technical solution.
- Analyse data and report data quality metrics
General Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
- Excellent Problem solving skills with innovative and proactive approach
- Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities\
- Focus on quality
- Adaptability to change
Prior Experience:
- 3-4 years’ experience in software development
- Past experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 IT companies will be an added advantage
- Past experience with Application Maintenance & Support projects
- Adept in Incident and Problem management
- Experience of working in global teams spread across geographies
- Overseas work experience in UK would be a plus
