JOB DESCRIPTION
should give support in applications &servers related to Banking clients all over,
should have good command on O/S of windows, Unix and SQL and server,
monitoring application alerts and escalating for the same
discard CDR Files and process those CDR Files,
checking sources file on the server,
monitoring ticketing tools
should have knowledge of Unix Platform
Good command over SQL and PL/SQL
