Job Description
As a Software Support Executive at Sidsoft Technologies, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations for our banking clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of Sidsoft’s banking software solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide technical and functional support for Sidsoft’s Core Banking Software and related applications.

Diagnose and resolve user-level and system-level issues related to application performance, transactions, and database operations.

Collaborate with the development and testing teams to escalate and resolve complex bugs or functional gaps.

Assist clients with software installation, upgrades, and configuration in both on-premise and hosted environments.

Support integrations with national payment systems such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, AEPS, UPI, and BBPS.

Handle daily transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and error rectification in coordination with bank IT teams.

Maintain detailed support logs and documentation for all service requests and resolutions.

Conduct remote and on-site training sessions for client staff on software features and new releases.

Ensure SLA compliance, timely response, and high customer satisfaction levels.

Sound understanding of banking processes and operations (Deposits, Loans, Payments, Clearing, Reconciliation, etc.)

Proficiency in SQL, with working knowledge of PostgreSQL or Oracle databases.

Familiarity with Linux/Windows Server environments.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

Ability to manage multiple client tickets efficiently under pressure.

Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.

1–3 years of experience in a similar software support or implementation role.

Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and interest in the banking domain may also apply.
