About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engaging with customers in solving their queries and issues related to product features, bugs, or discrepancies in financial transactions
2. Understanding banking applications(Finacle or similar core banking application, Treasury, Base24, Lending - FinnOne-LOS, LMS, payments, etc)
3. Providing support for functional & technical issues in applications
4. Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of all application incidents
