- Troubleshoot hardware problems
- Resolve software issues that do not involve coding
- Communicate with Living Naturally and Distributors to resolve order errors

- Create new reports/modify existing reports
- Perform uploads of distributor product lists and retailer APLs
o Involves data scrubbing and writing SQL
- Perform upgrades to our current online database
- Coding using Classic ASP/ASP.NET
