Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transportation Duties:
Drive assigned vehicles to transport staff, clients, guests, or goods to and from specified locations.
Follow assigned routes or navigation systems for timely and safe arrival.
Adhere to pickup and drop-off schedules and make adjustments when necessary.
2. Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform daily checks on the vehicle's oil, water, brakes, tires, battery, and fuel levels.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, both inside and out.
Report any mechanical problems or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
Coordinate with service centers for scheduled servicing and repairs.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with traffic laws, parking regulations, and safety procedures.
Maintain a logbook of daily travel, fuel usage, mileage, and any incidents.
Carry and present valid driving license and vehicle registration papers when required.
4. Customer Service and Conduct:
Greet passengers politely and assist them with entering or exiting the vehicle.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with passengers and clients.
Respect passenger privacy and confidentiality at all times.
5. Safety and Emergency Response:
Drive safely in all weather and traffic conditions.
Use seat belts and ensure that all passengers are wearing them.
Handle emergencies calmly, including minor accidents, breakdowns, or medical situations.
