Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Qualification & Appointment Scheduling

Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, and messages to introduce products and services.

Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on company criteria.

Schedule appointments, product demos, or consultations for the sales team.

Ensure all appointments are confirmed and properly documented in the CRM system.

Follow up with prospects to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
2. Sales Pipeline Support

Work closely with the sales team to understand lead priorities and business objectives.

Provide qualified leads to sales representatives, ensuring they are prepared with relevant client information.

Keep the pipeline consistent and optimized by scheduling appointments efficiently.

Maintain open communication between marketing, sales, and business development teams.
3. Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

Build rapport with prospects by being friendly, professional, and empathetic.

Answer customer queries regarding products, services, and appointment details.

Manage objections tactfully and encourage potential clients to proceed with scheduled appointments.

Ensure positive customer experiences to improve brand trust and long-term engagement.
4. CRM & Database Management
-
Accurately record customer details, leads, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.

Update prospect status regularly to ensure real-time data accuracy.

Track appointment success rates and provide reports to management.

Segment leads based on their potential and buying intent for targeted follow-ups.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.

Analyze conversion rates and share insights with the management team.

Suggest improvements to boost lead qualification accuracy and appointment success rates.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve appointment-setting strategies.
6. Team Collaboration & Support

Coordinate with the sales team to align appointment priorities.

Support colleagues during high-volume periods and assist with client follow-ups when needed.
