Job Description
NHPC Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I Public Sector Undertaking invites application from eligible candidates who are domicile of Himachal Pradesh for undergoing one year apprenticeship training for the Session 2019-20 under Apprentices Act, 1961
1. Electrician /10 Posts
2. Mechanic (MV) /01 Posts
3. Fitter/04 Posts
1. Electrician /10 Posts

4. Welder/02 Posts
5. Plumber /01 Post
Qualification: 10th + ITI
Age: Minimum 18 years Maximum 30 Years
6. Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) /12 Posts
Qualification: (COPA) 12th + ITI
Age: Minimum 18 years Maximum 30 Years
Stipend: Stipend will be as per Apprenticeship Act, 1961. The Apprentices will not be eligible for any other allowances or benefits.
Preference will be given as under: a) Project Affected Families of Parbati-II HE Project will be given first preference.
b) People of Project Affected areas of Parbati-II HE Project & Kullu District will be given Second preference. c) People of Mandi District of Himachal Pradesh will be given third preference. d) People of other District of Himachal Pradesh will be given fourth preference.
Selection Process: The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks secured in ITI/ 10th class.
The shortlisted candidates can be call for interview if required and offered will be send through portal.
