Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Aptitude Trainer at FACE Prep in Coimbatore. The Aptitude Trainer is responsible for helping individuals develop and enhance their problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills to improve their performance in various assessments and job roles.

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1year experience in this role
Location: Pune
Pre-requisites: 1) Laptop
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:
-
Conduct in-classroom and/or online training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.

Deliver engaging, concept-based lessons using real-life examples, illustrations, and interactive teaching methods.

Use a structured curriculum and customize delivery based on the learning pace of students.
2. Curriculum Planning and Content Development:
-
Assist in designing or updating the aptitude training curriculum in line with current exam and placement patterns.

Prepare lesson plans, presentation slides, handouts, and practice materials.

Develop mock tests, quizzes, and worksheets to assess student performance and progress.
3. Student Assessment and Feedback:
-
Conduct regular class assessments, timed practice sessions, and mock tests.

Analyze student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide individual feedback and support.

Maintain student progress records and share performance reports with academic coordinators or parents (if applicable).
4. Career and Exam Preparation Guidance:

Guide students on test-taking strategies, time management, and question prioritization.

Advise on preparation methods for various exams such as campus recruitment tests, CAT, GRE, GMAT, SSC, Banking, and other aptitude-based assessments.

Encourage students to build confidence and reduce exam anxiety through motivation and mentoring.
5. Class Management and Discipline:

Maintain a professional and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.

Ensure discipline, punctuality, and active participation among students.

Resolve student queries with patience and clarity, both inside and outside the classroom.
6. Collaboration and Team Support:

Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure class schedules, attendance, and assessments are managed effectively.

Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and content brainstorming sessions.

Provide inputs to improve training outcomes, student engagement, and resource development.
