Looking for candidates in and around Chennai.
Shift timing is 3:00 PM till 12:00 PM (Mid shift)

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable (AR) Analysis
-
Analyze aging reports to identify unpaid or underpaid claims.

Categorize and prioritize claims based on age, denial reason, and payer.
-
Identify trends in denials or payment delays and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
-
Work closely with team leads and billing teams to streamline claim resolution.
2. Insurance Calling / AR Calling
-
Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
-
Understand and explain denial reasons, rejections, and other claim statuses.
-
Document all interactions and outcomes in the billing system accurately.

Resolve claim reprocessing or appeal requirements by coordinating with internal teams.
3. Denial Management
-
Research and resolve claim denials by identifying root causes and recommending solutions.

Initiate re-submissions, appeals, or corrections as required.

Collaborate with the coding and billing teams for missing documentation or coding-related issues.
4. Client Communication and Coordination
-
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding claim status, trends, and resolutions.

Participate in client review calls and status update meetings when required.
-
Ensure SLAs, turnaround times, and quality metrics are consistently met.
5. Reporting and Documentation
-
Update internal trackers, CRMs, or RCM platforms with claim status and follow-up notes.

Generate daily/weekly reports on call activity, resolution rates, and follow-up status.

Share feedback with management to improve workflow efficiency and payer interactions.
