- For the KPO process - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare providers (Group of US doctors), need to analyze the data present in the online software of a US Medical Billing company (our client) & then contact the various US medical insurance cos.
- via phone to know the status of outstanding claims.
- The prospective caller is supposed to gather the necessary
- Details in case of non- responded, underpaid & denied medical claims or they may need to verify the eligibility of patients.
- Subsequently they are to take the necessary action in the software they are working on.
