Job Description
Please find the JDAR Caller with RCM behalf of doctors/physicians
- Job location - Coimbatore
- Salary - up to 3.5L
- The cab provided (both pickup and drop)*Shift timings - US shift * Weekends OFF
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience in AR calling would be an advantage
- Understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Health-care providers
- Basic knowledge of Denials and immediate action to resolve them
- Follow up on the claims for collection of payment
- Responsible for calling insurance companies in the USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
- Should be able to resolve billing issues that have resulted in the delay in payment
- Must be spontaneous and have high energy level 9. Should be flexible to work in night shifts
