Responsibilities:

Deliver Daily targets for claims/ DOS transaction assigned with quality
Should have knowledge of the entire Revenue Management Cycle (RCM)
Analysis on the Denials of claims with resolution on reprocessing claims with insurance
Should be able to convince the Insurance companies for payment of their outstanding claims
Interacting with US based Insurance companies for claims resolution
Verify Error Log placed in the path and notate errors reported daily
Complete the work allocated and report to the Group Lead/ Team Leader
Recording all days activity production parameters for review
