Roles And Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have experience of a minimum of 6 Months in AR calling.
- Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting the status of claims.
- To do an analysis of claims and take proper action.
- Should be able to handle calls to and from physicians, patients, and hospital staff.
- Manage AR accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Knowledge of Denial management.
- Resolve billing issues that have resulted in delays in payment.
- Meet quality and productivity standards.
- Should be willing to join immediately.
- Quick and eager to learn and mold accordingly to the process needs.
