Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers – Freshers to join our dynamic healthcare revenue cycle management team. This role involves interacting with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
- Understand and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Document call outcomes and update claim status in the billing system.
- Work with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Required Skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
- Willingness to work night shifts (US process).
- No prior experience required, training will be provided.
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun Off)
Cab: Drop facility is provided for female employees only.
Job Location: Chennai – Mandaveli
Eligibility : Fresh graduates (any discipline)
