Roles & Responsibilities:

• Processing all types of claims (HMO ,PPO, Medicare,and Medicaid) and was managing Denials for providers and finding reason and resolving Denial .
• Contacting physician offices for needed patient demographic information .
• Correcting deleting void invoices upon managers request with backup explanations and upload correct invoices.
• Ensured timely and accurate charge submission through electronic charge capture including the billing and account receivable systems
