Job Overview:

We are looking for an AR Caller to join our team and handle insurance claims and revenue cycle management for healthcare providers. The role involves following up on outstanding claims with insurance companies and ensuring timely payments. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending or denied claims.
Identify and analyze claim denials or rejections and work towards resolution.
Update patient billing information and insurance details in the system.
Ensure timely collections and payments from insurance providers.
Document and maintain accurate records of calls, actions taken, and claim statuses.
Escalate unresolved claims to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Stay updated with healthcare policies, medical billing guidelines, and insurance procedures.
Work closely with the coding and billing team to correct errors and resubmit claims if necessary.
