Skill Required: Communication skills Mandatory
Shift: Night Shift (6.30PM to 2.30AM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a fresher AR Caller to join our team and assist in handling insurance claims and revenue cycle management for healthcare providers. As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller, you will be responsible for following up on outstanding claims with insurance companies and ensuring timely payments. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in the US healthcare and medical billing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact insurance companies via phone to follow up on pending or denied claims.
Identify reasons for claim denials or rejections and work towards resolution.
Update patient billing information and insurance details in the system.
Ensure timely collections and payments from insurance providers.
Document and maintain accurate records of calls, actions taken, and claim statuses.
Escalate unresolved claims to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Stay updated with healthcare policies, medical billing guidelines, and insurance procedures.
Coordinate with the coding and billing team to correct errors and resubmit claims if necessary.
