Skills:

Knowledge of medical billing software and insurance claim processing systems

Strong understanding of insurance guidelines and reimbursement processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CPT coding and medical terminology
