Brief Description:
- The A/R Associate Trainee job involves analysis of receivables due from healthcare insurance companies and initiation of necessary follow-up actions to get reimbursed.
- This will include a combination of voice and non-voice follow-up along with undertaking appropriate denial and appeal management procedures. On the job training will be provided.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Ability to analyze data and relate to various systems a must
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills a must
- Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with US customers
