Junior Architect Job in Estarc Realty at Mumbai

Estarc Realty, a Mumbai-based Real Estate, Architecture and Interior Design Firm, is hiring Enthusiastic and Hard Working Professionals with minimum 1.5 - 3 years of practical work experience for the Job Title of - Junior Architect / Junior Interior Designer.

Applicants must have varied experience in architectural design, planning and construction management (for architects) and interior project design and execution. Good organizational capabilities, basic leadership skills, and good interpersonal abilities are desirable.

Ideal Candidate must have the following qualities/qualifications :-

• Good Communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  
• Strong background in AutoCAD.
  
• Software Skills required - Autocad, Revit, Adobe photoshop/Illustrator Sketchup. 
  
• 3d max is desirable.
  
• Understanding of creating a set of construction drawings
  
• Producing detailed Interior Drawings
  
• Communicating with the project team, consultants and contractors to ensure proper coordination.
  
• Problem solver - who can work independently, on multiple projects, anticipate needs, facilitate decision making and enjoys working collaboratively.
  
• Supervise work at the design stage and on-site
  
• Ability to get work done within tight deadlines.
