Job Description
We are looking for an Architect to perform daily Design, planning tasks.
Duties:
- Design
- Planning
- Sketchup
- Photoshop
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Planning:

Develop architectural concepts and translate client briefs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Create 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction documents.

Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
2. Technical Drawings & Documentation:
-
Use software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop for precise drawings and models.

Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and specifications for contractors and consultants.
-
Ensure accuracy in structural detailing and integrate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) considerations.
3. Project Management:

Coordinate with civil engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.

Visit construction sites to monitor progress and compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting.
4. Compliance & Approvals:

Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, fire safety, and accessibility guidelines.

Prepare documentation for municipal approvals, building permits, and environmental clearances.
5. Client Coordination:

Interact with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, and gather feedback.

Offer design revisions based on client inputs while ensuring feasibility.

Maintain ongoing communication throughout the design and construction phases.
