Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Architect to lead the design and execution of innovative architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing buildings and spaces, while ensuring compliance with regulations, budgets, and client needs.
As an Architect, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualization and Design Development:

Develop architectural concepts, site plans, floor layouts, and building elevations based on client requirements and site conditions.

Translate abstract ideas into tangible design solutions that balance form, function, and context.

Prepare mood boards, presentation drawings, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
2. Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:

Meet with clients to understand their vision, programmatic needs, lifestyle or functional requirements, and budget constraints.

Present design proposals and incorporate feedback into revised design iterations.

Advise clients on feasibility, construction costs, material choices, and regulatory considerations.
3. Technical Drawings and Documentation:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, working drawings, and construction documents.

Coordinate with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior teams to ensure design integration across disciplines.

Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and BIM tools for detailed documentation and modeling.
4. Regulatory Compliance and Approvals:

Ensure all designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Prepare and submit drawings for permits and approvals from relevant government authorities or planning departments.

Handle documentation required for land use clearance, environmental clearance, or occupancy certificates as needed.
5. Project Coordination and Management:

Monitor the progress of architectural work across different phases of the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the design intent.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation while working with multidisciplinary teams.
6. Site Visits and Quality Checks:

Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the implementation of design and ensure adherence to specifications.

Resolve on-site design issues or construction challenges through coordination with contractors or project managers.
