Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities include:
1. Manage the project from beginning to end to ensure superior, creative, and practical designs.
2. He/she should have good knowledge of Floor Plan, 3D Elevation and Furniture layout. Structural, Electrical and Plumbing Design skills will be considered as plus point.
3. Use the 'brief' to determine the needs of the clients and provides feasibility reports and design suggestions.
4. Create concepts while taking the client's needs, the building's use, and the environment into consideration.
5. Make accurate blueprints and any necessary adjustments to assemble the project's specifications.
6. Respect deadlines and budgets of the client.
7. Ensure that all work is completed by applicable building codes, standards, guidelines, and laws.
8. Cooperate and communicate with construction industry experts.
9. Observe alterations and trends in architecture.
