Key Responsibilities

Conceptual Design & Planning: Develop innovative design concepts based on client needs and site conditions.

Drafting & Modeling: Create architectural drawings, 3D models, and detailed blueprints using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution from start to finish.

Code Compliance & Regulations: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to coordinate all project aspects.

Client Communication: Present designs and progress updates to clients, incorporating feedback into final plans.

Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct on-site evaluations to monitor construction progress and resolve any design challenges.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and sustainability principles.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to create detailed construction drawings and specifications.
