Job Description
- Have Good communication skills.
- Willing to Handle Clients, giving them Design Ideas.
- Experience of minimum 1 Year as an Interior Designer / Architect with tally.
We are also accepting applications for this profile from Interior designer, Architect, Junior architect, senior architect, AutoCAD, Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Concept Development

Create innovative and functional architectural designs based on client requirements and project scope.

Prepare conceptual sketches, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed layouts.

Ensure designs reflect aesthetic appeal, structural feasibility, and cost efficiency.

Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles wherever applicable.
2. Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering
-
Meet clients to understand project needs, objectives, and budgets.

Present design proposals, floor plans, and 3D models for client approval.

Make modifications based on feedback while ensuring design feasibility.

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Preparation of Architectural Drawings & Documents

Prepare working drawings, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Develop technical documents including BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to finalize designs.
4. Project Coordination & Site Supervision

Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.

Visit project sites periodically to monitor construction progress.

Resolve any design-related challenges during project execution.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
5. Material Selection & Vendor Coordination

Research and recommend construction materials, finishes, and fittings based on project needs.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and interior designers to source quality products.

Ensure cost-effectiveness and durability in material selection.
6. Quality Control & Compliance
-
Ensure that the final construction meets design intent and quality standards.

Maintain compliance with environmental, legal, and safety regulations.

Ensure proper documentation for approvals from municipal authorities and regulatory bodies.
