Job Description

Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning in line with client requirements and project briefs.

Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations for client presentations.

Ensure design intent aligns with aesthetic, functional, and budgetary considerations.

Prepare detailed working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation for execution.

Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, etc.) to integrate services within design layouts.

Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with design standards and project specifications.

Prepare and deliver engaging design presentations to clients.

Incorporate client feedback and modifications at various stages of the design process.

Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Liaise with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor project schedules, coordinate deliverables, and manage approvals.
-
Support the project team with material selection, sample finalization, and BOQs.

Conduct periodic site visits to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to drawings and quality standards.

Resolve design and execution challenges on-site in coordination with the project manager and contractors.

Ensure timely completion and handover of design deliverables.
